Basil Pesto Sauce
ITALY’S FAVORITE SAUCE
Frozen basil pesto sauce with nuts, cheese and extra virgin olive oil
For best results, defrost overnight in the fridge. For pasta: add the desired quantity (4 units per person) in a large bowl, add a cup of boiling hot water, extra virgin olive oil and mix. Drain your pasta and toss it with the sauce.
Make it like a pro: you don’t need to cook basil pesto. Just make it warm with a bit of extra water, toss it quickly with your pasta on gentle heat, add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and roasted nuts on top.
